We are pleased to offer the following service to take away any worry you may have as regards repairs and maintenance of your property:
Key Holder Service – This enables us to gain access to the property to undertake work as well as back up for your tenant should they lock themselves out or lose their keys.
Telephone, Text and email – contact for yourselves and your tenant
Gas safety inspection yearly – Required annually for your gas appliances
Costs – To enable us to offer this service we need to cover the costs of administration side of the business and below is a table of charges payable monthly. Included in these charges are everything detailed above plus a free yearly gas safety inspection. There are no call out charges. All work is undertaken on a time and materials basis. Any work above a limit set by you will require your permission before it is undertaken.
1 bedroom property £15.00 per month2 Bedroom property £20.00 per month
3 Bedroom property £25.00 per month
4 Bedroom property £35.00 per month
Labour charge will be a flat charge for all work of £20.00 per hour.
You or your tenant can contact me direct and I will attend the property and either carry out the repair if it below your preset limit and charge you for the labour and materials. If it is a larger job I will make it safe so as not to cause any further damage to your property or tenants and quote you a firm price for the work.
